I hate, hate, hate this. I’m not just saying that as somebody who actually believed his therapist when he told him that he had social anxiety but as somebody who got better and stopped believing stupid things like: 1) everybody hates me and 2) the face of human nature is horrifyingly ugly The face of human nature is gloriously beautiful, when you’re not too scared to look at it.

I hate, hate, hate this.
